Just when I thought this whole ordeal couldn't get any more ridiculous, it did. Apparently Tony and Maria are FIRED. That's right. Tony, the lead guitar player and singer of the band, got "let go." My two best sources at this point (hearsay and rumor) say it was because he couldn't pass a background check because he has assault charges in his past and lots of back child support. That's right, their excuse is that Tony couldn't pass a criminal background check. Riiiiiiiiight. Who's ever heard of rock musicians being asked to submit to a background check by their label? There are plenty of examples of rock musicians going away to PRISON for a couple years and still keeping deals, or at the very least getting new ones shortly after being released (Stone Temple Pilots, MC5, etc...).

In other news, apparently Erica has become aware of this blog, but still doesn't know who's doing it. Erica, if you had read the whole blog it would be painfully obvious, but since you obviously don't have time to read a couple pages in between running around trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes, I'll make it easy for you. This is Jon Dell. I thought about following Joe's lead and going through all sorts of legal action, but I decided against it. Instead, I'm going to spread this story FAR and WIDE, and with any luck no one will ever be stupid enough to work with you ever again. If by some miracle you get this taken down (which you won't, because I'm perfectly within my rights), I will start a new page and post it all again. Please believe that I have ALL of this saved, and I'm definitely not the only one who has been writing about their horrible experiences with you.

Wow! I see that the battle is still on! Can't get your way, or run the show, so you get pissed and start threatening people! Please! Get over it! You are not running the show!

Everyone involved with this project will have to hang in there. This is another attempt to sabotage this entire project. Now that we all know ex employees and current employees are still working together, continue to do that outside of our affairs.

Again! This is legit, and we are doing a tour. We have purposely left out some details because of the nature of our enemies. Its quite possible that some individuals have been fed misinformation to keep the bullshit going; to purposely undermine and interrupt my dreams and endeavor.

Personally, I don't get involved in any situation that I don't deem beneficial to me or co-workers. I would never knowingly harm anyone, with a so-called fraud, such as what has been thrown out there losely. I would never pull any friend of mine into a project to get hurt or damaged.

We all did background checks! There is paperwork to back it all up. Do you think Columbia would have said ok to any of us if we didn't check out. There was even some people that Columbia rejected.

A current employee wants you to file charges and do a bunch of crap, because he is not in charge. Again, he has sent out another email detailing what he wants done, and how he would do things. He is one of the reasons why we had so many problems with Columbia. He was sending emails to them about the project. This inheritantly started major problems for all involved. And, here we are again with the same problem and complaint. He didn't have a problem when he thought another deal was going on. He was eager to be in it! When things didn't go his way, he had a cow.

I am leary of even having a person around me that is continually looking for the day he can take over, and run the show.

At this time, I have nothing for him! I don't have anything to give him! I AIN'T GOT NO MONEY! All I got is time to put into DFR and the crew. If he don't want to do this, then step out of it, or have your ass there ready to work.

Besides! It might not be the label that everyone things. Ha Ha! Surprise! But rest assured, there is one, and it is happening.

None of us have gained any financial rewards from doing a so-called fraud like this. I don't have any money, and the band doesn't have any money. Erica doesn't have any money along with the rest of us. I have $20 to my damn name! I gave up my P.E. position, fugitve recovery postion(bounty hunter), and my Martial Arts school to do a scam. I was making great money. Do you think I would give it all up for a scam; a fraud; a hustle? To do something this elaborate takes a ton of money, to get a ton of money. Neither one has happened.

I love how they all just keep telling everyone to sit tight, and to "rest assured that this is for real." How could anyone who has been dealing with them this long feel "assured" about anything they say?! They haven't delivered even one thing they promised. "Things are good!"? Are you kidding me?! If not working or getting paid for 2-4 months is good, I'd hate to see what he thinks bad is.

Joe's pissed!

I got an AWESOME email from Joe (crew manager) today. He is infuriated. I haven't talked to him yet, so I don't know exactly what happened, but here's the email he sent to the crew and band:

OK, Erica Welch and Dragonfly Red played there games for the last 4 months with our lives, now its time for us to choose the game. And it will go on longer than 4 months. However, this will be no game.

First off Robbie, you should have taken my professional advice that what CMMT was doing, is not the way record deals work. I warned you that this was a fraud, and you failed to act. You should of put forth due diligence to verify everything she was telling you. Your failure to do this has made you and your band mates liable for back wages, lose of wages, wrongful discharge, and a variety of intentional tort civil complaints for intentional infliction of emotional and financial distress. CMMT was acting on your behalf, thereby, you are liable in the eyes of the law.

I could of shown you how to properly pursue a deal and got you touring. But after you apparently discovered what we were telling you was true, you dumped CMMT and refused to tell us that this was a fraud.

I am still under contract. Until I receive written notice, the contract, and the money you owe me and the crew continues to build. Judgement day will come guys, trust me. I ain't a fraud. I am a doer.

I have saved every email, text message, documents, email links, etc... and kept a detailed log of every conversation. I have a very extensive pile of evidence.

On your behalf, CMMT took funds for background investigations, that were never conducted. And the Internet was used to facilitate this fraud. So guess what DFR, you are involved in the commission of a felony.

There is also the Netspend card and our confidential information, which gives cause to pursue a criminal investigation for identity theft. DFR is liable for the protection of our information and for any and all loses we suffer because of any abuse.

So, here is what I am currently doing. And I recommendInternet each crew member to follow my lead.

• FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, WAGE & HOUR DIVISION. FOR $6,400.00 AND COUNTING, IN BACK WAGES.
• CONTACT THE FBI INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION, AND DEMAND THAT AN INVESTIGATION BE STARTED AGAINST CMMT, ERICA WELCH, DFR AND ITS MEMBERS. I WILL FULLY COOPERATE WITH THIS INVESTIGATION AND TURN OVER ALL MY EVIDENCE.
• I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE IRON COUNTY SHERIFF AND THE MICHIGAN STATE POLICE FOR IDENTITY THEFT.
• FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN, INDIANA, AND ILLINOIS STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.
• FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION).
• MY ATTORNEY, IS COMMENCING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DFR AND CMMT FOR A 6 FIGURE DAMAGES COMPLAINT FOR INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF FINANCIAL AND EMOTION DISTRESS IN US DISTRICT COURT. HE IS ALSO FILING A SEPARATE COMPLAINT FOR MY DAUGHTER MARY. A BREACH OF CONTRACT COMPLAINT WILL ALSO BE FILED, SEEKING THE FULL VALUE OF MY CONTRACT.
• I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST DFR AND CMMT WITH THE BBB.
• TO FULLY ASSIST KEWADIN RESORT AND CASINO IN THEIR LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST DFR AND CMMT.
• TO ASSIST COLUMBIA, ROADRUNNER, THORNS OF WINTER, AND ANYONE ELSE IN THEIR LEGAL PURSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST DFR AND CMMT.

And I will update this list and take any and all legal means for restitution.

DFR had the opportunity to come clean, you choose to cut and run and deceive us. So you moved from the victim list to the suspect list. Now you will deal with this, and everyone will talk to investigators, including Columbia, and RoadRunner records.

DFR NEEDS TO COME CLEAN NOW AND FULLY DISCLOSE ALL THE INFORMATION AT ITS DISPOSAL.

LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL IN COURT, BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THIS IS HEADED. I GIVE YOU MY WORD




I'll update as soon as I find out what happened to Joe to make him so mad. I probably won't try and get any money out of them as I said before, but I'm strongly considering filing some of those fraud complaints. It might not do anything, but it'd be better than pulling a Big Lebowski on Erica ("THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS ERICA! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FUCK A STRANGER IN THE ASS!").

Due to your lack organization and overall lack of consideration for your crew, I quit. You have been untruthful to us from the beginning. You made an announcement at the May 2nd show that Dragonfly Red was signed to Columbia Records, not in negotiation. I have been patient with you and even turned down other jobs because I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. I have went into debt waiting for this "tour" to begin. Reassigning me to merchandiser is a slap in the face. I guess you must have overlooked my resume and not realized that I have two degrees. But then again I realize you didn't have time between your long shifts at the gas station and negotiations with the "label". I do sincerely wish the best for the band, I think their hard work will pay off one day.You have taken advantage of every ones dream to work in the music business, and used it to exploit them. But look at it this way, since I am quitting, you can get some new sucker to pay $50 for a background check. I would try to save it though, because you still owe me for the May 2nd show, the seminar, and my hotel expenses. What about Maria? That poor woman has been doing your dirty work for free. You have been using her as a punching bag so you don't have to deal with the irate crew. I will leave you with a piece of advice...don't fuck with your crew. You and the band are nothing without them. Most of them have lost your trust already.....and to the crew and the band...because they are receiving this message too...If this does pan out...Good Luck, I wish you the best. And make sure you get paid, because I have yet to see a dime.

Just wanted to let you all know that I was fired via email last nite,
here is part of the text.
Our reasons for terminating your employment with us are as follows:

Blatant disregard and disrespect for management in writing to other employees.
Disrespect for the band and its efforts.
Lack of clear commitment and willingness to support the band and its
musical endeavors.

Anyway, I just wanted to show you guys how respectful this 'management
team' is. Getting hired four months ago and not working is in my
opinion blatant disrespect for any employee in any position.

I am not sorry that I spoke up, by the way, big shout out to J.D. King
for sending OUR emails to management. Don't trust that little rat. I
am only sorry that I did not have the chance to meet you all and work
with you on the road. But this is an environment that we were not
meant to share. Please let me know what happens with this band and
situation as I feel many of you share the same sentiments as me.
Lastly, who's the fucking label already?.....hahaha
